Having over ten years of experience in the oil & gas industry, Xavier began as a roughneck learning from the ground up. Xavier proudly serves as a long time board member of the the Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association (PPROA) in Amarillo, TX.
Olsen is an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Drillings Supervisor with a wide range of experience in the oil and gas industry. He has supervised drillings activities for over 15 years, in both onshore and offshore settings, for leaders in the field.
Olsen has extensive knowledge of safety and operational protocols in areas from rig setup to the delivery of high-quality core samples. He has the capability to manage large teams and is a skilled negotiator, ensuring project objectives are achieved to the standards of the individual client.
Thanks to his experienced-driven knowledge of well-design, drill string concepts and principles, and well control, Olsen has a proven record of industry success, landing multi-million-dollar contracts and leading projects to completion on-time and within budget.
